"We want to create a digital product to market our school, that is also of great value to the students mainly focused on external, future applicants, 14 to 17 yrs old."
During this project i scoped, scheduled, facilitated group processes, and designed assets and client presentations. I approached the project with design thinking in mind in order to found solutions that would genuinely help and be of great value for the students.
By including the client we decided very early on that we need to specify the core values that we will be working with, according to the golden circle, of Why, How, and What.

Why: A person, an individual, not a job, or a title.
How: Understanding the bigger role of a person inside the society
What: Have critical thinking and be in charge of their own lives and thoughts.
We proceeded to construct the following phrase, that was used for the rest of the project.
" A humane school for a more humane society"
A Human Centered Design approach was a perfect fit to solve the brief. Our research was focused on how the upcoming generation (14y - 17y) communicates and what their real problems are.
Case studies, interviews, and surveys helped us build foundation, identify the problem and to proceed and generate solutions.
We created a Web platform and a Digital Tool, both of great value for the students. We provided one unified plan, that was including a short and a long term project, in order to lay foundation for a holistic Digital Service.
Web Curation Platform, Short Term
Their education program involves everyday 1h of reading and discussing the news. We wanted to promote the discussion and go online.This will provide three major bonuses for the schools promotion.
1. Kids will get involved with technology even further than their normal studies, also kids love online spotlight (high engagement)
2. The school wont have to generate curated content for their online present, because it will be created by the students
3. The content will be genuine and will speak directly to our target group
Game Test, Long Term
1. Interactive Video Platforms already exists, thus minimizing the costs for our client.
2. Those platforms are able to record the choices the user made.
3. The linear questioner will be replaced by video sequences, in which you ll be able to make a choice and proceed through your own story line
4. At the end along side with the report you get when you finish a personality test, you will also receive a small movie that you created with your own choices, to share and review.
The lunch of the interactive test would happen during Stockholms largest high school fair in order to maximize registrations, where future students would be able to use the interactive platform. And later on the interactive test will be implemented on the schools website.
